Randy Fox is the Founder and CEO of FoxPoint, an executive leader, speaker, organizational trainer and author of several books.  He is focused on helping people and organizations maximize their potential through improved leadership, customer service, team building, sales and overall communication concepts. He is currently a veteran NCAA Basketball Referee and a Coordinator of Officials. Mr. Fox's previous experience includes a Director of Marketing, Vice President of Operations, Plant Manager, and Sales.
